The “VINTAGE CADILLAC CAR” was Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah’s first official vehicle, when he was a president.
It was a gift from the then President of the United States of America, John F. Kennedy.
The car was manufactured in the USA but was sent to Bulgaria for Bulletproofing and was Worth about US$69000.
After Nkrumah’s reign there was no trace of it, however, reports indicate that it was later discovered in October 2021 by a former staff driver, Johny Botchway, who had served at Flagstaff House in
1957.
