Amansie South Celebrates Unanimous Confirmation of New DCE

The Amansie South District witnessed a historic moment on Monday, May 19, 2025, as assembly members unanimously confirmed Hon. Benjamin Marfo as the new District Chief Executive during a decisive vote at the District Assembly Hall. The long-awaited decision marks a new chapter for the district’s development agenda.

Iddrisu Haruna, affectionately known as Tontokrom DC, praised the assembly’s overwhelming endorsement while expressing gratitude to President John Dramani Mahama for the strategic nomination. “This 100% confirmation demonstrates our collective confidence in Hon. Marfo’s leadership,” Haruna stated.
