Put Your Trust in God for a Blessed 2026 – Elder Prince Yensu Urges Ghanaians

Elder Prince Yensu of the Church of Pentecost, Buokrom Estate – Andrews Asamoh-Baah Memorial Temple, has called on Ghanaians to place their complete trust in God as the nation enters the New Year.

Speaking in an interview with Loyal News Ghana during the church’s 31st Night service at the auditorium, Elder Yensu expressed profound gratitude to God for preserving the lives of people throughout the past year.

He noted that despite many describing certain years as the “worst,” the fact that people are still alive is proof of God’s continuous protection and grace.
“Many people complain that a particular year was very difficult, yet God has protected them through all the 365 days. For that alone, we must always give thanks to Him,” he said.

Elder Yensu encouraged Christians and Ghanaians at large to come together in unity to thank the Most High God, stressing that human strength, intelligence, and effort alone cannot guarantee success without God’s involvement.

“Some people rely on their own knowledge and strength but see no results. When God is with you, whatever you do will yield positive and successful outcomes,” he emphasized.

Looking ahead to 2026, Elder Yensu urged Ghanaians to place their faith and trust entirely in God, describing Him as the ultimate sustainer of life and the source of all blessings.

According to him, when people commit their plans and actions into God’s hands, their efforts will not only benefit them individually but also bring blessings to the nation as a whole.

He concluded by praying for God’s protection and guidance in the New Year, expressing hope that all endeavors undertaken by individuals in 2026 would contribute positively to national development and collective prosperity.
“May God help and protect us this New Year, so that whatever we do will be a blessing to ourselves and to the country at large,” he added.
