We need a visionary leader, says Ex President

His Excellency the Former President, John Agyekum Kuffour says the New Patriotic Party (NPP), needs visionary leader to lead the party.

Former President says his meeting with the now flag bearer of New Patriotic Party  was in London in 2000s’ when I was president then.

He said all this today, 7th February, 2024, when now flagbearer of New Patriotic Party Dr. Mahamudu Bawumiah was launching his #Bawumiahspeak# program at UPSA auditorium.

When Bawumiah was a young gentleman, and has finished reading some powerful speech about economic affairs ” after he finishes the speech and sat down I sent for him, and when he came all what I say is a prophecy. I immediately told him that he should carry on with what he is doing, because one day he is going to be somebody” Ex President authored.

Ex President continue that, when President Akufo-Addo chose him as a running mate, we met at one conference Bawumiah quickly run to me, greeted me and remembered me what I prophecies about him years ago. “Today we are all witnessing this, although those around this UPSA auditorium are all NPP members, but let’s everyone think Ghana first” He lamented.
