The event witnessed the attendance of traditional leaders, Members of Parliament, ghanaians in the diaspora among others.

The above move was called to play following ongoing construction of structures at areas within Adoato by individuals who have not earned the approval of the traditional council.

In his keynote address at the durbar, he mentioned that some individuals after noticing he has been enstooled as Chief of Adoato are hurriedly putting up structures, encroaching on lands of the community.

As part of measures aimed at addressing the situation, he noted he is in talks with chiefs of neighboring communities on the erection of landmark boundaries for proper identification of all lands of Adoato.

Nana Amoah Tebe IV also noted that the palace after completion will serve as a hub for the promotion of the rich culture of Asanteman aside utilizing it for the day-to-day administrative works of the community.
