Bawumia Scores Zero Votes in Several Kusaug Traditional Area Polling Stations

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) presidential candidate, faced a significant electoral blow in the Kusaug Traditional Area in the Bawku municipal of the Upper East region during recent presidential polling. Results from 25 polling stations in the region showed zero votes for the NPP candidate, highlighting the stronghold of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the area.
