Prophet Isaac Asare, an associate minister to the Bishop of the Church of the Lord (Brotherhood) national headquarters, South Suntreso-Kumasi, has spoken out against misconceptions that the church is an occultic arena.

In an interview, Prophet Asare expressed frustration that people criticize the church’s use of candles, perfumes, and unique worship practices without understanding their significance.

Prophet Asare emphasized that the church’s 50-year history is a testament to its legitimacy, saying, “If it is from God, it will stay and sustain, but if it is from the other side, it will not survive.” He invited the public to follow the church on social media to learn more about its beliefs and practices.

The prophet clarified that the Brotherhood Church does not perform sacrifices and adheres to the teachings of the Holy Bible, including baptism and worship of Jesus Christ. He highlighted the church’s emphasis on fasting, prayer, reading, and teaching the Bible as its strongest weapon, setting it apart from other churches.

As the church celebrates its 50th anniversary, Prophet Asare expects nothing but good things, envisioning the church excelling globally to reach the masses for the Most High God. He concluded with a call to unity, saying, “Let’s come together and unto the roof of the lord, so that we can get part to beseech his kingdom for his second coming.”
