BLACK SHERIF STIRS DEBATE, CALLS LOVE LANGUAGE ‘PROPAGANDA’

Ghanaian music sensation Black Sherif has sparked conversations on social media after sharing his candid views on the popular concept of love languages.

Speaking during an appearance on Joy FM’s Personality Profile, the award-winning artiste questioned the relevance and authenticity of the widely discussed relationship theory.

According to Black Sherif, he does not fully believe in the idea of love languages, describing it as more of a social construct than a natural emotional system.

He also wondered when the topic became such a major part of relationship discussions, suggesting that its popularity appears recent and perhaps exaggerated.

In a light-hearted moment, the artiste said he appreciates “swagger,” joking that gifts could probably be considered his preferred love language.

Black Sherif acknowledged the commonly known categories such as acts of service, physical touch, and words of affirmation, but maintained a detached and skeptical view of the concept.

Reflecting on his career, he noted that while “words of affirmation” may connect with his work as a musician, it does not necessarily define how he expresses emotions personally.

He ended by reaffirming his belief that the idea of love languages may be more of a modern trend than a universal truth.
