NDC Promises Development in Manso, Urges Voters to Break NPP Dominance

Asiedu Nketiah, National Democratic Congress (NDC) Chairman, has criticized the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) for neglecting Manso’s development needs despite the area’s consistent voting support.

During an interaction with residents of Manso Abore in the Amansie West District on November 12, 2024, Nketiah assured that the NDC would prioritize door-to-door campaigns to understand local issues and address them if elected.

He highlighted the deplorable road conditions, network issues, and unfulfilled development promises, stating, “NPP has turned Manso into a goddess they only remember during elections.”

Nketiah urged Manso residents to break their tradition of one-party voting, emphasizing that the NDC has historically initiated developmental projects in the area.

Samuel Adjei, NDC parliamentary candidate for Amansie West, echoed Nketiah’s sentiments, citing abandoned projects initiated by the NDC, including road networks, health centers, lightning systems, and water projects.

Adjei encouraged voters to prioritize development over party loyalty, saying, “Politics is not about worshipping a party; it’s about choosing leaders who deliver.”
