NDC Chairman in Asokwa Declares Determination to Secure Victory in Upcoming Elections

The Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Asokwa, Hon. Sharif, has expressed unwavering determination to ensure victory for the NDC and its flagbearer in the upcoming elections. Addressing the media during a float held at Atonsu, he emphasized that they would be working tirelessly to achieve this goal.

Sharif highlighted that the party has implemented stringent measures to prevent any form of intimidation from other political entities or individuals. He urged all party executives to remain vigilant at their respective polling stations until all votes have been counted thoroughly before departing the premises.

Pointing out the significant margin between the two major parties in Asokwa in previous elections, the Chairman conveyed their intention to ensure a win for Amo Kamel this time around, firmly believing in John Dramani Mahama’s victory at the overall election.

Furthermore, he revealed the party’s ambitions to expand their presence in the Ashanti Region by securing six more seats, in addition to the existing four, thereby aiming for a total of ten seats. The Chairman expressed confidence in achieving a 40% share of the votes in Asokwa for the NDC.

Hon. Sharif called upon all party loyalists and supporters to join forces in the pursuit of victory in the upcoming elections, emphasizing their commitment to seeing the NDC emerge triumphant.
