Agric Nzemahene Donates 13 Vehicles to Traditional Council

In a landmark gesture of loyalty and community development, the Chief of Agric Nzema, Nana Nkansah Boadu Ayeboafo, has donated 13 vehicles to local traditional leadership.
The donation, consisting of thirteen tipper trucks for sub-chiefs and two buses for the Nzema Traditional Council, was made in honor of the 75th birthday of the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
The presentation, held as part of the activities marking the Asantehene’s milestone anniversary, has been hailed by residents and traditional leaders as a historic act of generosity.

Speaking at the ceremony, Nana Nkansah Boadu Ayeboafo noted that the gesture was both a functional contribution to local governance and a token of appreciation for the Asantehene’s years of impactful leadership and peacebuilding.
“This donation is intended to empower our sub-chiefs and strengthen the operations of the Traditional Council,” Nana Ayeboafo stated. “It serves as a tribute to the wisdom and dedication Otumfuo has shown toward national development.”
The distribution of the vehicles is strategically designed to boost the region’s self-reliance,11 Tipper Trucks, are allocated to sub-chiefs to support local construction, economic activities, and developmental projects.2 Buses, dedicated to the Traditional Council to facilitate administrative duties and regional transportation.
The Queen Mother of Agric Nzema, Nana Adwoa Takyiwaa, expressed profound gratitude for the donation, describing it as an “extraordinary and visionary” contribution to the Nzema enclave.
In a moving address, she praised the Chief’s commitment to the welfare of his people and his respect for traditional heritage. She noted that by equipping leaders with these resources, Nana Ayeboafo has significantly enhanced their ability to contribute to community growth.

The donation has sparked widespread acclaim across the region. Opinion leaders and residents alike have labeled it one of the most significant private contributions to traditional authorities in recent memory.
As celebrations for the Asantehene’s 75th birthday continue, this act of philanthropy stands as a shining example of unity and leadership within the Ashanti Kingdom.
