Mohammed Gariba confirmed as Akrofoum DCE with overwhelming Assembly support.

The newly confirmed District Chief Executive (DCE) of Akrofoum Mohammed Gariba has pledged to work closely with relevant stakeholders in the District to help develop the area.

The DCE, who spoke to the media after his confirmation said, he will consult broadly on every issue of development in the District and deliver the much-needed development to residents.

He expressed his readiness to work in unity with everyone for the dream of the President to transform the District through development.

“We should all work together to bring development to this District. I need the support of everyone as exhibited in my endorsement so that this dream is made a reality”, he pleaded.

Mohammed Gariba thanked the President for the confidence reposed in him to steer the affairs of the District and also thanked the assembly members, traditional leaders, heads of departments, and NDC constituency executives for supporting him.
